Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 10 servings

  • 1 (16 ounce) package dry penne pasta

  • 2 large cucumbers, peeled and cubed

  • 2 Roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped

  • 2 cups mayonnaise

  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

  • 3 tablespoons dried dill weed

  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water until tender yet firm to the bite, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain.

  2. Combine cooked pasta, cucumbers, tomatoes, mayonnaise, sour cream, dill weed, and lemon pepper in a large bowl; mix until well combined.

  3. Chill pasta salad in the refrigerator before serving, at least 45 minutes.
