Original recipe (1X) yields 5 servings Meatloaf: 1 ½ pounds lean ground beef ¾ cup fresh bread crumbs ½ cup ketchup ⅓ cup tomato juice ¼ cup diced onion 2 large eggs, beaten 2 teaspoons prepared mustard ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon ground black pepper ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper Topping: ½ cup ketchup 4 teaspoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon prepared mustard Directions Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
