Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings 3 ½ cups cooked white rice ¼ cup chopped dill pickles ¼ cup chopped black olives 1 tablespoon chopped onion ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon minced green bell pepper ½ cup raisins 1 ½ cups tomato juice 2 cups cooked salad shrimp ¾ cup mayonnaise Directions Place rice in a medium-size mixing bowl.
