Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 36 servings

  • 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage

  • 3 cups baking mix

Directions

  1. Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.

  2. Mix cheese, sausage, and dry baking mix together in a large bowl until well combined; shape mixture into walnut-sized balls. Place on prepared cookie sheet.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until cooked through, about 12 to 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Serve hot.
