Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 3 egg whites 1 cup white sugar ½ teaspoon vanilla extract ½ teaspoon baking powder 20 buttery round crackers, crushed fine 1 cup chopped pecans 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed Directions Beat egg whites until slightly stiff.
