Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 1 English cucumber

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill

  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives

  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Trim ends off cucumber and peel alternating strips to create a striped design down the length of the cucumber. Slice into 24 rounds, at least 1/4-inch thick, and place on a serving platter.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, dill, chives, parsley, garlic powder, and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Place mixture into a small resealable bag and snip off a corner. Pipe mixture onto cucumber slices. Serve immediately.
