This made a nice side dish with breaded chicken cutlets, but to be honest, I felt it needed more flavor (maybe some salt?). I really like the concept, so I will play around with it a bit to suit my family's tastes.

Yes, yes, YESSSSS!!!! So easy and impressive too. My daughter and I made these together and we had a great time doing it. I am definitely making these for our New Years Eve party this year-yum!!

DELICIOUS!!! I did use pre-made mini graham crusts and forgot to save some of the orange zest for the top, but let's be real... the star was the filling and we LOVED it! I will be making this again and again-yum!

WOW, this recipe is FANTASTIC!!!! Made as written and would not change a thing! Easy enough to make ahead for a a weeknight dinner, yet special enough to serve guests. I'm adding this to my Thanksgiving menu!

LOVED the use of the buttery Ritz Crackers in place of the traditional graham crackers! Doubled this one to make in a 13x9 pan and that worked out perfectly. A keeper for sure!

I mean, you can't go wrong with this list of ingredients! I used milk chocolate in place of the dark, but that was my only change. Will definitely be adding this to the Christmas baking list!
