I followed a few reviews and added the kidney beans, tomato sauce and extra cheese and it was really good! I also used Campanelle noodles because I thought they would grab hold of everything better and they did! Honestly, I’m usually not a “chili mac” person but this recipe has changed my mind! I think next time I make it I might use a spicier taco sauce, other than that no other changes. Thanks for a great recipe!

My family and I LOVE MEATBALLS!!! These are really good! The only thing I was a little nervous about was the anchovy paste. I’ve never used it and wasn’t sure about the taste. Thankfully, it wasn’t that noticeable so do not let it deter you from trying this amazing recipe!

I made this recipe as is and there is only one slight change I would make. I would cut the chicken into smaller pieces, put the chicken into a freezer bag with the fajita seasoning and shake to coat. Possibly adjusting the cook time by 10-15 minutes less. Other than that it’s a great quick recipe for a busy night.

Too many times sweet potatoes are just too sweet. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good sweet potato casserole, but a change is nice. These grilled sweet potatoes are perfect! The cayenne and cumin mixed with the brown sugar is the best way to enhance the sweetness of the sweet potato and to give it a kick of heat. If you’re like me and you are the only one in your family who loves sweet potatoes, this is the perfect amount to go along with any main dish. Thank you for this fantastic recipe!

Quick and easy for sure! The flavor is great! I made the recipe as is and wouldn’t change a thing. Absolutely fantastic chicken for dinner on a busy night of running kids around.
