It’s not difficult to make, just takes a little time, which is totally worth it. I made it as written the first time around but when I made it again, I added more white wine. That’s just my preference. Will definitely add this to my “go-to” recipes. Helpful (0) Springtime Asparagus Risotto 07/23/2019 Good recipe as written, but I agree with other comments about it being bland. I made it as written except I left out the lemon rind because I didn’t have any on hand. Next time I will increase the wine and probably add some mushrooms. I served over some cooked chicken and it made a pretty good one dish meal. Helpful (0) Breakfast Cups 02/18/2019 Was very good. I will be making it again with a few changes. I used the grande size biscuits in a regular size muffin cup. They expanded and overflowed in the oven. It made a terrible mess. So next time I will either use regular sized biscuits or get a large muffin pan. I made the recipe as written and it was really good but want to try adding some onion and bell pepper. Helpful (0) Breakfast Crisp 02/18/2019 Just ok. Made it as written. I should have heeded the other reviews. It was dry and crumbly. It is essentially an oatmeal cookie in a pan. I already have an oatmeal cookie recipe that I love so I don’t see the point in trying it again. Helpful (0) Ultimate Twice-Baked Potatoes 11/20/2017 These are my husband’s favorite. Since it’s just the two of us, I usually make a big batch and freeze them for later. Helpful (0) Peanut Sauce II 11/20/2017 I like it. Made this for the first time and it’s a really large batch for just me and my husband. I made it as directed and it was good but I would like a little more spice to it. Next time I will halve the recipe and try adding a bit more jalapeño. Helpful (1) Snowballs I 11/06/2017 Good cookie but is a bit technically difficult. I heeded the warnings from other reviewers. I baked it at 325 for about 20 minutes. I let them cool for about 5 minutes before rolling them in the powdered sugar. I still had a few of them crumble but once I got the hang of using a light touch it worked just fine. Helpful (0)
