Wanting to make cajun potatoes on day my daughter realized we were out of the commercial jar of Cajun seasoning we had on hand. Not to be defeated by my lack of stock, I searched this sight for a spice mix. Lo and behold, this is the one for us. We had all the ingredients in the cupboard. I give it five stars just because the recipe is so easy to put together. My daughter who is learning the joy of putting ingredients together to make something better than take away was very impressed with the ease and the taste as well. Thank you, Bobbie Jean.

I love me some rotisserie chicken. This is the second time I made this. It's absolutely marvelous. I left the marinaded chicken in the fridge for over 36 hours and baked it at 250 for 4.5 hours. Baked some herbed baby potatoes and carrots. Made basmati and vegetable rice in the rice cooker and had wonderful Mother's Day brunch.

I was looking for a recipe to use up some of the buttermilk I have. After looking over many, this is the one that made my mouth water so I had to make it. And everything was in my fridge, freezer, pantry or fruit bowl. I used frozen raspberries. This is crazy good. I'm taking the rest of it to my sisters house for cinco de mayo gathering. This is my first time eating this. It's absolutely wonderful. On suggestion from other viewers, I sautéed onion, celery and parsley in butter/olive oil combo. Dellliiiisshhh.

I've made this many times. Each time I decorate my soup bowl with a wedge of lemon and chopped cilantro. I find the soup is too sweet for my Bangladeshi-American taste buds. I only have large eggs so I use two. Other than that it is excellent. My three years old loves corn. I made it in her honor today.
