I was just happy that it was super easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly for the 1st batch. The 2nd batch I used a whole bottle of Savignon Blanc, fresh peaches, frozen mango & strawberries (which I soaked in a peach liquor for 2 hrs). 12oz can of frozen pink lemonade. When it was time to serve in cups, I topped the sangria w Reymos (its a sparkling wine thats just the right amount of sweet!) Helpful (4) Ziti Chicken and Broccoli 02/11/2014 This dish came out DE-LIC-IOUS!!!!! I used evaporated milk because I didn't have heavy cream, I also omitted the artichoke (because I don't like it). I like a lot of sauce, so I doubled the amount for the sauce. The corn starch gets lumpy, so I added 1 spoonful at a time. I also didn't have any cheese on hand & this dish came out yummy. I will DEF make this again. Helpful (1) Barbequed Ribs 12/08/2013 I used 5lbs of pork country style ribs with the bone in, I sprinkled garlic powder instead of using fresh garlic sparingly over the ribs & cooked them in the oven on 300 for 2.5 hrs. They were a bit greasy, so after they cooled, I wiped them w paper towels & added the rub. I'm not really into really spicy food, so I opted to use 1 tsp of chili powder instead of 2. I tasted a small piece of the rib after I applied the rub... DEEEEEELICIOUS!!!! I Helpful (1) Juicy Roasted Chicken 10/30/2012 I followed the recipe exactly, and my FIRST EVER roasted chicken came out juicy & delicious. The only thing I would probably do different is add a little less margarine around the chicken. It was very greasy. But this chicken was absolutley DELICIOUS! Helpful (4) Grilled Chicken Salad with Seasonal Fruit 10/25/2012 I made this salad tonight, my picky daughters & myself LOVED IT! The changes I made was I only used 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. Others thought the sauce was too sweet, I think it came out perfect. I used 1 head of iceberg lettuce. I marinated the chicken in creamy italian dressing for 10 mins before cooking. DO NOT let the pecans cook for 8 mins, I almost burned them. Add 1 teaspoon of butter to the pan & let them brown on LOW HEAT for about 3 mins. I also omitted the onion & the mustard. I don't think its needed. I used strawberries and 2 mandarin fruit cups and added te juice to the sauce. YUMMY & DELICIOUS is what I have to say about this recipe. I will DEFINITELY make this again!
