Terra firma is a Latin phrase meaning "solid earth" (from terra, meaning "earth",and firma, meaning "solid"). The phrase refers to the dry land mass on the earth's surface and is used to differentiate from the sea or air.
Terra Firma is a Swedish stoner metal band which was formed by Fredrik Lindgren after leaving Unleashed and with Lord Chritus a.k.a. Christian Lindersson, who used to sing in the Swedish band Count Raven and Los Angeles based band Saint Vitus. Terra Firma would later break up and Fredrik would start a new band called Harms Way. Terra Firma also featured the band members Izmo Hedlund on Drums and Nico Moosebeach
on bass who would later move onto Entombed. The band recorded 2 full length albums, a couple of vinyl singles and appeared on a couple of compilation CDs and split 7" vinyl. Terra Firma played some gigs in Sweden and did some European tours with band such as Atomic Bitchwax, Cathedral, Orange Goblin, Dozer, Masters of Reality, Blackshine, Dismember, Murder Squad, Entombed and Mammoth Volume.
Jaël, (aka Jaël Malli; born Rahel Krebs; 19 August 1979 in Bern, Switzerland), is a Swiss musician, singer, songwriter, actress, and model who from 1993 to 2013 was the front-woman and lead singer of the band Lunik. Jaël's spellbinding vocals, enchanting melodies, and emotional lyrics helped propel Lunik album sales to Gold for Weather (2003), Platinum for Preparing To Leave (2006), and Gold for Small Lights In The Dark (2010).
She worked several times with Delerium, co-writing, and singing "After All" on their album Chimera, "Lost and Found" on their album Nuages du Monde, and "Light Your Light" on their 2012 album Music Box Opera. She is both internationally famous in the Trance music community as well as domestically famous from her work in Lunik. The origin of her pseudonym is that she had trouble pronouncing her real name correctly as a child.
Jaël also featured on DJ Tatana's 2004 single "Always On My Mind", which had moderate chart success in Switzerland upon its release. She can also be heard in two tracks ("You Remain" and "Stop Crying") on Mich Gerber's 2004 album Tales Of The Wind and on the 2008 release Sehnsucht from Schiller on the track "Tired".
Aude (French:[od]; Occitan:[ˈawðe]) is a department in south-central France named after the river Aude. The local council also calls the department "Cathar Country".
Aude is also a frequent feminine French given name in Francophone countries, deriving initially from Aude or Oda, a wife of Bertrand, Duke of Aquitaine, and mother of Saint Hubertus's brother Eudo. Aude was the name of Roland's fiancée in the chansons de geste.
Each natural region of the Aude has its own particular landscape. In the east, lagoons or coastal lakes form a barrier between land and sea. These were formed by accumulated sediments brought down by the rivers Aude, Orb and Hérault. There are many such lakes of brackish water. This environment is demanding for flora and fauna, as it suffers from the rigours of sea, sun, dryness and floods. Halophile (i.e., salt-loving) plants grow there and it is also noted for animals such as the pink flamingo and white stilt.
In The Song of Roland Aude is first mentioned by her brother Oliver when he tells Roland that the two will never be married, when the two counts are arguing before the battle; they are later reconciled, but both die fighting the Saracens. When Charlemagne returns to Aix and informs Aude that Roland has died, she collapses at the Emperor's feet and dies of grief.
"The Lovely Alda" is part of Edward MacDowell's 1891 orchestral composition, Two Fragments after the Song of Roland.

The fourth edition of the Terrafirma series was filmed around the world throughout 1997 and released in 1998. Terrafirma 4’s riding offering stretches far and wide, from silky smooth sessions in the hills of California with Jeremy McGrath & Kevin Windham, mind-bending off-road “sends” in the Canadian wilderness with Guy Perrett, freeriding in Chile with Edgar Torronteras & Andy Bowyer and everything else in between. The series really started to expand into different types of riding in this installment and also includes Trials competition in Donner Pass, California, Hill Climb racing in Billings Montana, and the freeride cross-over of big mountain snowboard legend, Mike “Tex” Devenport. A little bit of everything here!

Inside your heart I used to reside and I looked outside, And now I stand outside as I look inside, Sometimes I wish I wasn't the one who did what's right, Maybe then I would be with you tonight. Again I turned and walked away, I tried to stop my self I couldn't stay. Tried to fight my nature and lost, I hope that it was worth the cost. Looking back I see that it was me, I was the one from which I ran, That I couldn't see. Mybe you were perfest, Mybe you weren't,
