Der was occupied from the Early Dynastic period through Neo-Assyrian times. The local deity of the city was named Ishtaran, represented on Earth by his minister, the snake god Nirah. In the late 3rd millennium, during the reign of Sulgi of the Third Dynasty of Ur, Der was mentioned twice. The Sulgi year name 11 was named "Year Ishtaran of Der was brought into his temple", and year 21 was named "Year Der was destroyed". In the second millennium, Der was mentioned in a tablet discovered at Mari sent by Yarim-Lim I of Yamhad; the tablet includes a reminder to Yasub-Yahad king of Der about the military help given to him for fifteen years by Yarim-Lim, followed by a declaration of war against the city in retaliation for what Yarim-Lim described as evil deeds committed by Yasub-Yahad.
Éder signed for Frosinone in a co-ownership deal for a fee of €600,000 in June 2008 following a loan spell during the second half of the 2007–08 Serie B season.
Return to Empoli
Empoli bought back Éder from Frosinone in June 2009 for €2.42 million following an impressive Serie B season from the striker. He scored 4 goals in one Serie B game on 15 April 2010, two of which were penalties, in a 5–2 victory for Empoli over Salernitana.
Brescia
On 20 August 2010, he signed a 1+4 year contract with Serie A newcomers Brescia, for an undisclosed fee, meaning that Éder would join Brescia on loan for the first year. Brescia later revealed in its financial report that the loan fee was €1.8 million.
A tuple is a finite ordered list of elements. In mathematics, an n-tuple is a sequence (or ordered list) of n elements, where n is a non-negative integer. There is only one 0-tuple, an empty sequence. An n-tuple is defined inductively using the construction of an ordered pair. Tuples are usually written by listing the elements within parentheses "" and separated by commas; for example, denotes a 5-tuple. Sometimes other symbols are used to surround the elements, such as square brackets "[ ]" or angle brackets "< >". Braces "{ }" are never used for tuples, as they are the standard notation for sets. Tuples are often used to describe other mathematical objects, such as vectors. In computer science, tuples are directly implemented as product types in most functional programming languages. More commonly, they are implemented as record types, where the components are labeled instead of being identified by position alone. This approach is also used in relational algebra. Tuples are also used in relation to programming the semantic web with Resource Description Framework or RDF. Tuples are also used in linguistics and philosophy.
In Canadian football, a single (single point, or rouge), scoring one point, is awarded when the ball is kicked into the end zone by any legal means, other than a successful field goal, and the receiving team does not return, or kick, the ball out of its end zone. It is also a single if the kick travels through the end zone or goes out of bounds in the end zone without being touched, except on a kickoff. After conceding a single, the receiving team is awarded possession of the ball at the 35-yard line of its own end of the field.
Singles are not awarded in the following situations:
if a ball is downed in the end zone after being intercepted in the end zone
if the kicked ball hits the goalposts (since the 1970s; before then it was a live ball)
when a kickoff goes into the end zone and then out of bounds without being touched
In all these cases the defending team is awarded possession of the ball at the 25-yard line.
In the United States, singles are not usually recognized in most leagues and are awarded only in matches played under the auspices of the National Indoor Football League (formerly United Indoor Football) and the now-defunct American Indoor Football Association. It is applied only on kickoffs in both leagues, and is scored if the receiving team fails to advance the ball out of the end zone when kicked. The NIFL also allowed a single to be scored by kicking a kickoff through the uprights (as in a field goal); this type of single is nicknamed (and has since been codified in the NIFL rules as) an uno, from the Spanish word for the number one. At one point, the Philadelphia Public League (the public high school football sanctioning body in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) awarded three points for kicking a kickoff through the uprights.
"I'm Single" is a song by American rapper Lil Wayne, released as a single from his ninth solo mixtape, No Ceilings, and is also included on his eighth studio album I Am Not a Human Being. The song is produced by Noah "40" Shebib, with co-production from Omen. The song received generally positive reviews from music critics on its release, who complimented its relaxed, downbeat tone and also the production from Shebib and Omen.
Background
The song was originally released under the name "Single" on No Ceilings: however, after the song was released as a digital single, the title was changed. A remix of the song featuring Drake was set to appear on I Am Not a Human Being: however, for unspecified reasons the original version was included instead, although Drake still receives a featured artist credit on the song.
Reception
The song received generally positive reviews from music critics. Allmusic writer David Jeffries described the song as a "woozy porno dream", and named it one of three "killer cuts" from the album "driven by Wayne's luck with the ladies". Chris Molnar of cokemachineglow.com also wrote positively of the song, praising the "confidently opportunistic" lyrics and the "eerie" production and described the song itself as "a riveting, alien slow jam... an example of how mixtape Wayne and album Wayne can collide perfectly in these dark days of prisoner Wayne." Jon Caramanica of The New York Times called it "hypnotic" and "no-fi", describing it as "his most Drake-like record, woozy and sentimental... it’s a testament to his truly elastic capacities that he’s able to absorb Drake’s skill and template but not be fully reshaped by it."

Version 2.0 is the second studio album by American rock band Garbage, released on May 4, 1998 by Mushroom Records. The album was recorded primarily at Smart Studios from March 1997 to February 1998. Despite a slow start, Version 2.0 went on to equal its predecessor, becoming platinum-certified in many territories. By 2008, it had sold 1.7 million copies in the United States. Garbage embarked on an 18-month-long world tour, and released a string of hit singles backed with innovative music videos.
With the album, Garbage aimed to improve and expand on the style of their 1995 self-titled debut rather than reinvent their sound. Lead singer Shirley Manson wrote dark, introspective lyrics, which she felt complemented the songs' melodies. Version 2.0 received generally positive reviews from music critics, and was included by several publications in their year-end lists of 1998's best albums. In 1999, Version 2.0 was nominated for Grammy Awards for Album of the Year and Best Rock Album. The album's third single "Special" was further nominated the following year for Best Rock Song and for Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group.
A spectacular left winger who adorned the glorious Brazil team of 1982. Has there ever been a harder striker of the ball? This montage could just as easily been titled 'Outside Left'. Apologies; video quality is variable throughout.
I wish YouTube had a more elegant way of replacing videos. To that end, here are the comments from the previous version. :

So sad for football Brazil could not win WC in 1982.

Eder's freekick vs Argentina WC 1982
Would have been one of the best freekicks in history if it went in. A fantastic free kick from the man with the most powerful shot of all time. Zico scored this 1-0 goal, Brazil won the match 3-1.
WC 1982, Brazil-Italy. Eder had two good attempts on long range freekicks in this game, the first at about 130 kph and the second 140 kph.

Great video, some super goals. I loved Eder as a kid.Such a shame that beautiful 1982 team didn't win the World Cup.

Great video. The free kick against Argentina is one of the greatest shots I've ever seen. To be honest, Fillol's save tends to get overlooked. Equally impressive. That goal against the Soviet Union is a work of art.

3:40 Was it against USSR with Renat Dassayev at WC 82 ?
I am not sure I watched the match on TV back then; even I don't remember he scored. What I remember is Andrey Bal surprised us by scoring 1st for USSR from long range too; then Socrates equalized.

1:00 ... Whoa... Into WC 82 I knew him only from printed media, and it's all about his long range shot. But I didn't imagine his FK like this one. It seems that I need to (re)watch Ronald Koeman's FK in order to compare with this. I have seen Juninho's long range FKs, but I find this FK by Eder is more exciting.
