Exploring PEMBROKESHIRE, Wales (Witches Cauldron, Secret Beaches and Waterfalls) No. 88
Grab a mug of tea and find somewhere cosy, to sit down and experience all the hidden bits of Pembrokeshire with us. We first take you to the Witches Cauldron. Swimming through enchanted green cave waters is just the beginning as we then find a fresh water waterfall, accessed only from the caves! Next we pop past Fishguard- a beautiful little village with turquoise waters before setting up camp at Whitesands Bay. You have to see the sunset that appeared after the rain cleared up!
The next day we first went free-diving, spear fishing and cliff jumping at Porth Y Rhaw and caught a spider crab for lunch. We went back to base to eat before venturing out to Porthgain to explore the ruins of the brick sheds. We walked a bit further this time and discovered a hidden beach- yes, you read that righ...

STUNNING Pembrokeshire, Wales | South West Wales Road Trip
Want to see some of the best things in South West Wales? Come with us to Pembrokeshire while travelling in Wales. Where should you stay in Carmarthen? And where should you eat in Carmarthen? Check out The Garden Shed and Y Polyn, Carmarthenshire!
We started the day by saying goodbye to our tiny home accommodation in Ceredigion before heading off to Stumble Head in Pembrokeshire! On the way we found a cute little honesty shop on the side of the road so we stopped to buy some locally made jams and chutneys (and of course enjoyed the beautiful view). We drove down a winding road and parked next to Stumble Head lighthouse, where we sat on a perfectly placed bench, saw some lovely seals and got some drone shots of Pembrokeshire. After lunch we continued to walk along the Pembrokeshire Coastal ...

The video begins with none other than Britain's smallest city itself, St. David's. we are taking a deeper look into the many things you can do in and around this city including St. David's Cathedral, The Bishops Palace, St. Non. Cliffs, and St. Non's Chapel. I will also be showing you some of the hidden gems of the Pembrokeshire Coast including the surreal Skrinkle Haven Beach, a hidden beach only accessible at low tide by crawling through a crack in the cliffs. Some of my favourite dramatic coastal scenery that I have ever seen is the Green Bridge of Wales, a 30 minute walk along the coastal cliffs and you will also discover the Elegug Stacks and The Cauldron (two equally impressive rock formations). Another slightly hidden gem, St. Govan's Chapel, is also on the lift for this video! We then head to Tenby, one of the most beautiful harbour towns around! In this video I will be giving you a brief overview of some of the things that you can do in Tenby (including an amazing boat trip to the nearby Caldey Island. There are obviously many beautiful beaches in Wales, but did you know that one of the most beautiful of all is right here... and that is Barafundle Bay! we also head up to the north side of the Pembrokshire coast to see Strumble Head and Solva (two amazing locations). and finish off with a summary of a perfect adventurous way to see all these locations in one!

We walked a bit further this time and discovered a hidden beach- yes, you read that right. No signs, no maps- just a set of stairs down to a paradise below.
The last day we went bright and early to Rosebush Quarry where we found a deep blue lagoon, left over from the slate quarry. A cold dip was sure to wake us up and we then drove 15 minutes to Ffynone Wood Waterfalls- through a forest with the sound of the bubbling brook nearby, this one isn't to be missed.
The AMAZING cheese we bought was from here: https://www.welshcheesecompany.co.uk/our-producers/pant-mawr/
I hope you all enjoy,

After lunch we continued to walk along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and saw some huge jellyfish - but not the orcas that we had been told had very rarely been spotted off the the Pembrokeshire coast.
We arrived at our next accommodation in Carmarthenshire, Baytree Cottage Bed & Breakfast, and it was lovely. After a few minutes sitting and watching the birds it was time for us to go to Y Polyn, a very well-renowned restaurant in the area. It certainly didn’t disappoint! Massive thanks to Celtic Routes for inviting us on this trip! https://celticroutes.info/

My guide for the best things to do in The Pembrokeshire Coast. The Pembrokshire Coast is a national park in South West Wales, it's full of epic scenery, breath taking coastlines and gorgeous towns, all in such a small area which makes it the perfect place for a holiday! So here is my top 10 places to visit whilst in The Pembrokeshire Coast.
I have recently updated and improved this video, you can watch it here:
https://youtu.be/q2RMJhYNBDM
There are so many things to do in the Pembrokeshire Coast including the famous town of Tenby from my previous video.
- Watch Tenby Video Here -
https://youtu.be/ZVcP6RdTRWE
Other than Tenby is the town of Laugharne, home to the famous welsh poet Dylan Thomas. As well as as many castles as you could possibly wish for, all from the 11th Century, these norman style castles have been partially restored and are very cheap (and even free) to enter. As well as the smallest city in the UK. You can also catch some Epic Cornwall style waves here, see where the land speed records were set in the 1920's and much more.
Here is the list from the video:
- Visit Tenby
- Walk 5 Mile From Saundersfoot To Tenby
- Visit Laugharne Castle
- Visit The House of Dylan Thomas
- Visit Manorbier Castle
- Viait St. David's (The Smallest City in the UK)
- Surf At Newgale Beach
- Drive Down The Pembrokeshire Coastline
- Visit Pendine Sands
- Visit Llansteffan Castle
I will be making another video soon about the best things to do in Snowdonia and Anglesey as well as more about my full road trip.
- Check out the full 'Perfect Wales Road Trip' playlist here -
