Anthony "Tony" Moran is a two-time Grammy nominated remixer/producer/singer-songwriter and DJ known for remixing popular songs. In 2007, he hit number one on the U.S.BillboardHot Dance Club Play chart twice with "Walk Away" featuring Kristine W and "Keep Your Body Working" featuring Martha Wash. As a remix producer Moran has worked with top dance/pop artists including Rihanna, Mariah Carey, Madonna, Neyo, and many others. Other singles as a solo artist is the dance anthem "If I Was Your Boyfriend" performed with Anastacia, and his most recent hit, "Free People", his second hit with Martha Wash, went to number one on the US dance chart.
Career
Moran began his career back in 1981, when he and friend, Albert Cabrera, teamed up. Together they were "The Latin Rascals", whose re-edited versions of hit songs spliced together enjoyed major air-play on New Yorkdance radio WKTU's popular mix show. The radio exposure led to a deal from Shakedown Studios who hired the duo to restructure popular hit radio songs into viable dance club hits. Shortly thereafter, they were contracted by another studio, Fever Records, to write and produce a song for one of their new acts, The Cover Girls. The result was Show Me, a song that not only became Tony Moran's first Top 40 gold record, but also helped to usher in the freestyle era of music. This opened the doors for new artists including TKA, Sa-Fire ("Boy, I've Been Told"), and Lisette Melendez ("Together Forever"), all of whom benefited from the skillful hands of Moran and Cabrera.
Tony Moran (born August 14, 1957) is an American actor and producer. He is remembered for playing the unmasked Michael Myers in the 1978 horror classic Halloween. Since then he has gone on to make guest appearances in television series The Waltons and CHiPs. He is the older brother of actress Erin Moran of Happy Days fame, and actor John Moran.
Career
Halloween
Tony Moran was a struggling actor before he got the role of Michael Myers in Halloween. At the time he had a job on Hollywood and Vine dressed up as Frankenstein. Moran had the same agent as his sister, Erin, who played Joanie Cunningham on Happy Days. When Moran went to audition for the role of Michael Myers in 1978, he met for an interview with director John Carpenter and producer Irwin Yablans. He later got a call back and was told he had got the part.
Moran was paid $250 for his appearance in Halloween and decided not to return for any of the sequels, although he was paid for his appearance at the beginning of Halloween II, which was a recap of the first film.
"Shine On (Shine All Your Sweet Love on Me)" is a song written by Johnny MacRae and Bob Morrison, and recorded by American country music artist George Jones. It was released in January 1983 as the first single from his album Shine On. The song peaked at number 3 on the BillboardHot Country Singles chart. "Shine On" was Jones' sixth Top 10 solo hit in less than three years and demonstrated Jones' incredible gift for bending and twisting vocal notes in his own inimitable manner. The song also displayed some of the pop elements that producer Billy Sherrill would introduce into George's sound over the course of his next few albums.

He achieved international fame for his long list of hit records, including his best known song "He Stopped Loving Her Today", as well as his distinctive voice and phrasing. For the last twenty years of his life, Jones was frequently referred to as the greatest living country singer. Country music scholar Bill Malone writes, "For the two or three minutes consumed by a song, Jones immerses himself so completely in its lyrics, and in the mood it conveys, that the listener can scarcely avoid becoming similarly involved." Waylon Jennings expressed a similar opinion in his song "It's Alright": "If we all could sound like we wanted to, we'd all sound like George Jones." The shape of his nose and facial features earned Jones the nickname "The Possum".
