Beef Wellington is a preparation of fillet steak coated with pâté (often pâté de foie gras) and duxelles, which is then wrapped in puff pastry and baked. Some recipes include wrapping the coated meat in a crêpe to retain the moisture and prevent it from making the pastry soggy.
A whole tenderloin may be wrapped and baked, and then sliced for serving, or the tenderloin may be sliced into individual portions prior to wrapping and baking. Many spices may be added to enhance the flavour; some examples are allspice and ginger.
Leah Hyslop, writing in The Telegraph, observes that by the time Wellington became famous, meat baked in pastry was a well-established part of English cuisine, and that the dish's similarity to the French filet de bœuf en croûte (fillet of beef in pastry) might imply that "Beef Wellington" was a "timely patriotic rebranding of a trendy continental dish". However, she cautions, there are no 19th century recipes for the dish. There is a mention of "fillet of beef, a la Wellington" in The Los Angeles Times of 1903, but the first occurrence of the dish itself is in the Oxford English Dictionary which cites a 1939 New York food guide with "Tenderloin of Beef Wellington" which is cooked, left to cool and rolled in a pie crust.
Tyler Kluttz Warner (born May 4, 1986) is an American professional wrestler. He is best known for his time in WWE under the ring nameBrad Maddox. He is currently competing on the independent circuit under the ring name Mad Braddox.
Kluttz debuted on April 2, 2008 on the OVW tapings teaming up with Galvin Garrison against Dewey and Adam Revolver, which they lost, he used the name Brent Wellington. He won his first match on October 1, 2008 in an Eight-Man Tag Team match, alongside Galvin Garrison and Moose, they called themselves Theta Lambda Psi. On December 24, 2008 Kluttz had a title match for the OVW Heavyweight Championship against Aaron "The Idol" Stevens, which he lost.
Wellington is a Chicago 'L'station on the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) Brown Line; Purple Line express trains also stop at the station during weekday rush hours. It is an elevated station with four tracks and two side platforms, located at 945 West Wellington Avenue in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. Red Line trains pass through the station on the middle tracks, but do not stop. The station was closed for renovations from March 30, 2008, until July 30, 2009.
History
Wellington station opened in 1900 as a local station on the original Northwestern Elevated Railroad route from Lake and Wells in downtown to Wilson Station.<ref name=Chicago-"L".org>Wellington Chicago-"L".org (URL accessed October 8, 2006).</ref> From the late 1940s Wellington became a station on the Ravenswood route (now the Brown Line). The original station house was demolished in the 1960s following a fire. Purple Line express trains began stopping at the station in 1998 as part of an effort to help alleviate congestion on the Brown Line.
Wellington is an MBTA station on the Orange Line, located in Medford, Massachusetts, on the Revere Beach Parkway (Route 16), slightly east of its intersection with Route 28. Wellington functions as a park and ride with more than 1,300 spaces, and a bus hub with 10 routes terminating at the station. The Station Landing development, connected to the station by an overhead walkway, includes residential and retail buildings and additional parking.
Wellington Carhouse, the primary repair and maintenance facility for the Orange Line, is located adjacent to the station. The 125,000 square feet (11,600m2) building can hold three-and-a-half six-car trains.
Station layout
Wellington station consists of two island platforms between the three Orange Line tracks. The western platform serves both inbound and outbound trains, while the eastern platform is used only for outbound trains. It was intended for use by express trains using the third track; however, the planned extension to Reading was cut back to Oak Grove and no express trains were ever run.
Another General Election was required to take place before the end of 1915. The political parties had been making preparations for an election to take place and by the July 1914, the following candidates had been selected;

For the beef I used a Chateaubriand, which is the central part of a beef tenderloin or beef filet. It is chilled, then seared on high heat (fully seasoned salt and pepper). Then, it is cooked sous vide for 2 hours - 2 hours and a half, at 50°C or 122°F. Quickly chilled, then in the fridge overnight.
Homemade puff pastry recipe :

500g AP flour
250g water
10g salt and NO YEAST.
Mix all that and chill for 30 min.

How can you make beef Wellington like Gordon Ramsay, or perhaps better?? It's actually surprisingly simple and easy and it doesn't require prior experience. It just takes some effort and a little bit of patience, and you'll have a beautifully latticed crispy on the outside melt in your mouth on the inside Beef Wellington.

Ingredients you'll need:
1.5 pound (650g) beef tenderloin (ideally thick center cut)
2 tablespoons (24ml) high heat oil like canola
salt and pepper to taste
good dijon mustard for brushing
1.5 sheets of puff pastry (or just one if you want to skip the lattice)
6-8 slices prosciutto
Duxelles:
1 pound (468g) mushrooms (can be a mix or just be all cremini)
2 shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons (24ml) olive oil
3 tablespoons (44ml) whiskey *optional*
leaves from 2 sprigs of fresh thyme *also optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Crepe:
3.5 tablespoons (51g) all purpose flour
140ml whole milk
1 egg
salt to taste
Egg wash:
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoons (14ml) water

For the beef I used a Chateaubriand, which is the central part of a beef tenderloin or beef filet. It is chilled, then seared on high heat (fully seasoned salt and pepper). Then, it is cooked sous vide for 2 hours - 2 hours and a half, at 50°C or 122°F. Quickly chilled, then in the fridge overnight.
Homemade puff pastry recipe :

Lean dough called “Détrempe”
500g AP flour
250g water
10g salt and NO YEAST.
Mix all that and chill for 30 min.
Then for the 22cm square Butter slab.
380g butter : Flatten and chill.

Beef Wellington is a preparation of fillet steak coated with pâté (often pâté de foie gras) and duxelles, which is then wrapped in puff pastry and baked. Some recipes include wrapping the coated meat in a crêpe to retain the moisture and prevent it from making the pastry soggy.
A whole tenderloin may be wrapped and baked, and then sliced for serving, or the tenderloin may be sliced into individual portions prior to wrapping and baking. Many spices may be added to enhance the flavour; some examples are allspice and ginger.
Leah Hyslop, writing in The Telegraph, observes that by the time Wellington became famous, meat baked in pastry was a well-established part of English cuisine, and that the dish's similarity to the French filet de bœuf en croûte (fillet of beef in pastry) might imply that "Beef Wellington" was a "timely patriotic rebranding of a trendy continental dish". However, she cautions, there are no 19th century recipes for the dish. There is a mention of "fillet of beef, a la Wellington" in The Los Angeles Times of 1903, but the first occurrence of the dish itself is in the Oxford English Dictionary which cites a 1939 New York food guide with "Tenderloin of Beef Wellington" which is cooked, left to cool and rolled in a pie crust.
