The Battle of The Nest was a battle initiated by the Irregular Twenty-Fifth Baam to rescue his teacher Ha Jinsung. King Zahard immediately ordered two Corps to defend The Nest. However, unbeknownst to FUG and most others, in truth, the whole battle was staged by the agreement between King Zahard, the head of the Lo Po Bia Family, Lo Po Bia Traumerei, and the other Great Family Heads. From the beginning, the whole battle was made to test the worthiness of Baam to work alongside the Great Family Heads, with the deal being Baam would be made Traumerei's successor and married to a daughter of the Lo Po Bia Family if he proved worthy.
Despite Baam successfully managing to make it through both the Fourth Army Corps in the First Wall and the Fifth Army Corps Gakjadosaeng in the Second Wall along with the rest of the forces of FUG, eventually freeing his master by cooperating with Princess Maschenny, in the end, Traumerei's direct interference in the battle automatically marked the battle as unwinnable for FUG and forced them to retreat as Traumerei destroyed the Nest with his Shinwonryu - All Creatures, with the only reason the FUG forces surviving being Gustang's Ambush on the Lo Po Bia Family Mothership forcing Traumerei to abandon the battle.
Even so, however, Traumerei managed to follow Baam, Jinsung, and Cha as they were escaping on the Warp Ship used to transport the forces of the Lo Po Bia into the Nest and with no choice left, Jinsung surrendered and proposed a competition for Viole's hand in marriage. While a decent amount of the forces of FUG escaped unscathed, the goal of rescuing Jinsung Ha was technically not achieved, even though his sealing was prevented, while their most prized warrior and only hope to defeat Zahard and the Great Family Heads, the Irregular Baam, has been taken away by the Lo Po Bia Family Head, so the battle of the Nest can be still considered a technical victory for the Jahad Army and Lo Po Bia Family.
