In the past our fans would stand in lines trying to get their hands on their concert tickets, sometimes waiting until late at night and even braving the wind and rain outside. With the arrival of the cloud era, crowded convenience stores and long lines of fans waiting to buy tickets were not an option anymore and we started to brainstorm how we could improve the ticket buying experience for our fans.

With our sights set on getting tickets into our fan’s hands, no matter where they were, our team combined all the years of experience that we have built up and built the tixCraft ticketing system.

Now whether you are at your work, school, home, or even commuting, you can get tickets to the hottest shows! All you need is access to a computer or a mobile phone and be connected to the internet, and just like that you can buy tickets as soon as they go on sale.
