Below, we’ve compiled a selection of sub-$50 items we can personally vouch for. Naturally, they include many of Amazon’s own devices, including the Fire TV Stick 4K Max, the latest Echo Spot, and Amazon’s inexpensive smart plug. There are also plenty of notable deals on non-Amazon devices, from our budget-friendly fitness trackers to MagSafe-compatible chargers.

• Sony’s SRS-XB100 speaker is on sale at Amazon for $38, down from $59.99. Despite being the size of a can of Coke, the portable Bluetooth speaker delivers a crisp, clear sound with a considerable amount of low-end bass. • Amazon’s latest Echo Buds are on sale for an all-time low of $24.99 ($24.99 off) at Amazon. The third-gen Echo Buds offer a semi-open design that makes it easier to remain aware of your surroundings, though they lack active noise cancellation like their predecessor. That said, they do support multipoint Bluetooth pairing and integrate well with Amazon Alexa for hands-free control.

• The latest Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K is available at its all-time low of $24.99 ($24.99 off) at Amazon. • Physical copies of EA Sports College Football 25 for PlayStation 5 are on sale for a new low of $42.99 ($27 off), and the Xbox Series X copy is even cheaper at $40.84 (about $29 off) at Amazon. It’s been an 11-year hiatus since the last college football game by EA Sports, and the new one came out just a few months ago to marching band-level fanfare and positive reception. • Razer’s Universal Quick Charging Stand for Xbox Series X / S controllers (and Xbox One-era ones as well) is on sale for $19.99 ($20 off) at Amazon. It comes with a charging cradle, a USB cable, and — most importantly — a rechargeable cell and replacement battery cover for the controller, allowing you to rid yourself of your reliance on AAs.
• All eight color options of the CRKD Atom micro controller are on sale for $15.99 ($4 off) each at Amazon — the first time they’ve been discounted. The incredibly small gamepad has Bluetooth for use on PC, Nintendo Switch, and mobile. Though, its buttons are so small that it’s understandable to view them purely as collectible novelties. A colorful, playable controller hanging from your backpack is certainly a bit of a nerdy flex, after all.

• Logitech’s wireless G305 Lightspeed is on sale for $33.24 (about $17 off) at Amazon, which is about $10 shy of its best price yet. The lightweight, six-button gaming mouse offers a 12,000 DPI sensor and a whopping 250 hours of battery life on a single AA battery.
• A simple and reliable Steam Deck dock from Jsaux (model HB0602) is just $23.99 ($16 off) at Amazon. The 5-in-1 dock plugs into the PC handheld’s USB-C and offers ports for USB-C pass-through charging, ethernet, two USB-A, and HDMI-out at up to 4K / 60Hz (more than enough for the Steam Deck’s specs.

• PowerA’s Mario-inspired Protection Case for Nintendo Switch, which sports a colorful design featuring Mario and several of his power-ups, is down to $16.99 ($3 off) at Amazon. It’ll house a standard Nintendo Switch, Switch Lite, or Switch OLED and has dedicated slots and compartments for stowing game cartridges and a variety of accessories.
• You can get a Nintendo-licensed SanDisk 256GB microSD card for $24.65 (about $28 off) at Amazon. It features a Super Mario star and should be fast enough to load your Switch games at decent speeds. You can also use it with other devices, such as cameras and smartphones.

The best board and tabletop card game deals under $50

• Catan is great and all, but if you’re looking for a relatively quick board game you can knock out with your buddy over a cup of coffee, Azul is on sale at Amazon for $17.99 ($24 off). The goal is to accumulate a wealth of points while building an eye-catching mosaic, yet, despite its simple premise, there’s a subtle level of depth for those who wish to dig in.
• We’re officially entering spooky season, folks. Thankfully, if you have yet to get in on the Halloween fun, the revised rendition of Arkham Horror The Card Game is on sale at Amazon right now for $44.49 (about $15 off). The cooperative title is a little complex at first, but once you grasp the various role-playing elements and overall flow, the Lovecraftian game takes on a life of its own.

• The critically acclaimed tabletop game Splendor is down to $17.09 (around $23 off) at Amazon. The easy-to-learn strategy game for two to four players is a great gateway into all kinds of unique designer board games.
• Love Letter, a tabletop card game that’s a mainstay in our gift guides, is on sale for just $10.99 ($4 off) at Amazon. This game is the perfect icebreaker at parties since it’s simple to pick up and play and gets people casually competing with a fun card-counting mechanic.

Miscellaneous deals under $50

• You can buy Apple’s official iPhone 16 Clear Case with MagSafe in a wide range of colors from Amazon starting at an all-time low price of $37.99 ($11 off). The MagSafe-compatible case is designed to work well with the new Camera Control button on the iPhone 16. • If you need a solid webcam for video calls or streaming, the Logitech C920x is a solid option and comes in at just $44.99 ($25 off) at Amazon for Prime Day. The 1080p webcam offers pretty good low-light performance and has an integrated microphone. Sadly, there’s no privacy cover on this model, but it otherwise should satisfy any communication needs you have.

• You can buy the Samsung Galaxy SmartTag 2 location tracker for $20.99 from Amazon, down from $29.99 and one of its better prices to date. Samsung’s ultra wideband location tracker works with the Galaxy Find network, offers a robust IP67 rating, and features a user-replaceable battery that lasts up to 700 days.

• The AeroPress Clear takes the tried-and-true single-use coffee brewing method (which is great for camping and road trips) and adds a touch of flare with translucent finishes. Right now, you can get the updated version of the 10-ounce coffee maker at Amazon for $34.95 (around $15 off), which is a new low price.

• The Besign LS10 laptop stand is on sale at Amazon starting at $16.99 ($5 off). The adjustable stand stows for easy storage and elevates laptops to eye level when unfolded, so you don’t have to crane your neck while working. It’s designed to support up to 13 pounds in weight, meaning it should technically be able to hold even hefty, full-sized laptops.
• Logitech’s Brio 101 webcam is down to $24.99 ($15 off) at Amazon, matching its all-time low. The entry-level 1080p camera comes with a privacy guard and features a built-in microphone. It also uses a standard USB-A connector for plug-and-play use.
