The NAI issues guidance documents and best practices developed through consultation with its membership, Board of Directors, Working Group participants, and federal and state-level regulators. Please note, that as of July 1, 2023 the NAI has temporarily paused enforcement of the Code. A draft Framework has been completed and is currently in a members-only comment phase. The NAI intents to finalize the draft Framework document by November 15, 2024 and make it effective for the NAI membership in early 2025.
