Shortly after Tony's birth, his parents accepted Vought's offer to inject him with Compound V, subsequently transforming him into a Supe and granting him superhuman powers and abilities.
At some point in his life, Tony would be relocated to the Red River Institute for unknown reasons. During his time there, he experienced severe trauma and befriended Nadia Khayat, forming a close bond with her.[1]
Tony tries to approach Victoria Neuman several times at public events and at her office. He calls her "Nadia", but she doesn't respond to that name.
Eventually, he tracks Victoria down outside the FBSA. He finally gets her attention, and Victoria turns to him and says that she’s not Nadia anymore. Tony tells Nadia that they used to be best friends and that now that she has a platform, she should tell everyone about the Red River Institute and what happened to them. Victoria tells him she can’t, and then feigns compliance as he pleaded further, pulling him into a hug.
However, Tony's nose then starts to bleed, and he immediately realizes that Victoria trying to use her powers to kill him. Tony then attacks her, wrestling to keep her eyes covered or averted from him. However, Victoria overpowers him, first destroying his hand and then the lower half of his head during their scuffle. Emotionally distraught over what she done to him; Victoria then brokenly asks Tony why he had to go looking for her before having his whole body explode. Victoria then calls Stan Edgar for a cleanup crew to dispose Tony's body, unknowingly getting witnessed by Hughie in the process.

Tony possesses superhuman strength, which makes him stronger than humans and some Supes. In one swift motion, he pushed Victoria Neuman back twelve feet and momentarily overpowered her.
Superhuman Durability: Tony possesses superhuman durability, making him more durable than humans. His durability allows him to endure the weight of his own superhuman strength.
Superhuman Hearing: Tony possesses superhuman hearing, allowing him to hear better than humans. Like all Supes, he can hear higher frequencies that humans cannot.[2]

High Frequencies: Due to being a Supe, Tony is susceptible to high frequencies. When a high frequency is playing, it can induce immense pain and temporarily neutralize him.

Tony had a very close relationship with Victoria, considering they grew up together as best friends. He is one of the few, possibly the only other than Stan Edgar and Hughie Campbell, who knows her real name is Nadia.
