Mo Slo's superpower is to move really slowly. He lives in the Red River Assisted Living for the Gifted Child, where parents dump their kids with "shit powers". In An Animated Short Where Pissed-Off Supes Kill Their Parents, he kills his dad slowly as Mo-Slo's dad accepts his death. Mo-Slo later assists Ghost in killing her dad until Homelander comes and kills him and his friends.
