Aqua Aqua's superpower is to turn into water. They live in the Red River Assisted Living for the Gifted Child, where parents dump their kids with "shit powers". At the end of the episode, "An Animated Short Where Pissed-Off Supes Kill Their Parents", they kill their parents with Aqua Agua appearing in his parents' hot top where he takes his parents down with him upon having Fang throw an TV monitor into the hot tub.
