The Flatiron Building is a historic triangular skyscraper in Manhattan, New York. When Billy Butcher was negotiating with Susan Raynor for CIA resources to fight Supes he requested office space in the Flatiron Building. Butcher is eventually able to setup a headquarters for The Boys in the abandoned Greywal & Co. Import & Export office the in Flatiron Building after the group became a contractor for the Federal Bureau of Superhuman Affairs.

- The abandoned office in the Flatiron Building is named in honor of Arvinder "Arv" Grewal, a production designer who passed away in the fall of 2020.
- In a promotional video for the third season, actor Jack Quaid (Hughie Campbell) offers a virtual tour of the office.
- Fittingly, the Flatiron building also served as the location of the Daily Bugle in the Sam Raimi Spider-Man films, a tabloid newspaper that is notorious in most versions of the Marvel universe for its anti-Superhero coverage.
