Plot[]
A high school teenager named Kappei Sakamoto is an all-rounder sports player despite his quirks, his height being not even one meter tall, and his weakness for female undergarments; he especially white panties. Attending Seirin High School, he joins the basketball team while quickly becoming one of the most skilled players but more importantly because of the hot-tempered female coach, Kaori Natsu, and the manager, Akane Aki. The story focuses on Kappei's school life in basketball while also trying (and excelling) every sport the school offers while while trying to win Akane's heart, with her talking dog Seiichiro, as his only competition.
