New Hurricane Polymar (新・破裏拳ポリマー Shin Hariken Porimā)) is a 2-part anime OVA and reboot version of Hurricane Polymar and was released from September 21, 1996 to February 21, 1997. It was later dubbed by New Generation Pictures under the dub title, Hurricane Polymar: Holy Blood , and was released in the United States by Urban Vision on VHS on October 1, 1998 until the licensing rights were transfered to Discotek Media and re-released on DVD on March 19, 2013.
The OVA was intended to have three episodes, but was cancelled after the second, thus ending without a proper conclusion.
