Beginning in a boat, tribes will have to row to a buoy then swim to their tribe flag closer to shore and retrieve a bag of spices and seasoning before following a marked path to their second item, a cooking pot somewhere in knee deep water, and a third item, a hidden lobster trap with a live lobster inside. The first tribe to get all three items back to their platform on the shore and their live lobster in the pot with the lid on won reward.
Reward: The winning tribe got to keep the lobster, the cooking pan and the lobster trap for more food opportunities back at camp. They would also received lemon and baguettes.

Tribes will have to run an obstacle course which involved running, jumping, climbing and crawling. At the end of the course, the tribes had to unfold a sail to win immunity.
