I Just Feel So Bad is the ninth episode of Australian Survivor (2002).

Challenge: Squared Off
Castaways will start in a 9x9 life-size grid. They have to place elimination discs in one of the squares and once a disc is placed in a square, that square is out of bounds. They then move to another grid, up, down, or diagonally placing an additional elimination disc in the square that they had just left. Once a castaway is surrounded by discs and no longer able to make a move, they are out of the challenge. The last person standing would win.
Reward: A large pizza for themselves and a can of Pepsi.

Challenge: Buggin' Out
Castaways are told to pick partners. These partners would actually be their opponents in the first of three rounds.

1. In the first round, each pair will race to eat and swallow a whole pilchard. The first member of each pair to show an empty mouth proceeds to the second round.
2. In the second round, they have to consume three baby squid. The two winners moved on to the final round.
3. In the final round, they will eat sixteen fish eyes. The winner of the round will win immunity.
