This male human^[1] Imperial Navy Trooper was present in Cell 2187 during Princess Leia Organa's interrogation at the hands of Darth Vader aboard the Death Star. Later he accompanied Organa and Vader to the Overbridge and witnessed the destruction of Alderaan. After coming to the realization that Organa had lied about the Rebel base being on Dantooine and realizing that he wouldn't betray Organa to Vader or Governor Wilhuff Tarkin, the trooper came to recognize that his loyalty had changed and that he had joined her Rebellion.^[2] Not too long after, the Death Star was destroyed during the Battle of Yavin.^[1]
