The Jundland Wastes were a region of Tatooine, a desert planet located in the Outer Rim Territories. The Great Chott salt flat existed in the southeastern extreme of the Jundland Wastes.

Black melons grew in the Jundland Wastes, providing Tusken Raiders with a reliable source of milk. Luke Skywalker was attacked by a group of Tusken Raiders led by A'Koba in the Jundland Wastes, before being rescued by Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi.
