The Hapes Consortium was an organization that ruled the Hapes Cluster, which was a sector of hundreds of stars in the Inner Rim of the galaxy, including Hapes.[1] The Consortium manufactured exotic starship components, some of which were used by Chelli Aphra to repair and enhance the Ark Angel.[2]
