Ensil Moiss was a Human male bureaucrat from Draenell's Point. During the Galactic Civil War, he was summoned to the under-construction Bissillirus Resupply Base. A group of Alliance to Restore the Republic operatives replaced his security escort in order to slip aboard the station and effect the defection of Treffelt Wuin.
