Yobshrimp Noodle Salad, also known as Surabat Shrimp and Noodle Salad, was a salad comprised of chilled yobshrimp, cold noodles, and vegetables. The dish was created by the Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs to highlight the freshness of yobshrimp. He had attempted to fish for them on their homeworld of Naboo, bringing him into conflict with the Gungan species and coming to an agreement with them to purchase the shrimp.
Afterward, Tuggs transported live yobshrimp via his modified transport that housed his mobile restaurant, Tuggs' Grub. In 34 ABY, he served Yobshrimp Noodle Salad when he was the visiting chef at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo in Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu. (Read more…)
