Star Wars: Skeleton Crew follows the journey of four kids who make a mysterious discovery on their seemingly safe home planet, then get lost in a strange and dangerous galaxy. Finding their way home—and meeting unlikely allies and enemies—will be a greater adventure than they ever imagined.

Nipaltoo was an individual who served fallen Jedi Padawan Ferren Barr as one of his six acolytes. As a child, their sister Palabee was taken in by the Jedi Order. After learning of the fall of the Jedi in 19 BBY, Nipaltoo was manipulated by Barr into joining his disciples, believing Palabee to have been killed by the Galactic Empire with the rest of the Jedi. Barr's disciples were stationed in Barr's refuge on the planet Mon Cala until the Sith Lord Darth Vader and his Jedi-hunting Inquisitors discovered their location in 18 BBY. Barr and the disciples evacuated the refuge, traveling underwater using diving suits only to find Vader had arrived in an Imperial submarine. Nipaltoo shot at the submarine, but their helmet was crushed by Vader using the Force, killing them. (Read more…)
