Louie is not happy with the cops being at her club, nor did she approve of a dead body being thrown in front of her front entrance, especially since it was Fatback that was left at her doorstep. Franklin assures her she had Tanosse take care of it, assuring her she had no part in the murder. He even made it clear that he moved the kilos as well. Franklin then clarified that Fatback agreed to take the fall for his part in Tianna's murder, getting blue heat off of them, and congratulated them for the successful expansion of Little Rock. Franklin then stated how Leon will get things started again in the Projects with the flow of crack and cash and recruit more soldiers. The meeting comes to a close and not everyone is in a peachy mood.

It's night time and Alton is in his vehicle on the streets watching as a homeless man with a full shopping cart passes by. He then takes a gander at Irene's calling card and reflects on the ultimatum she presented him at Edgewood. He later returns home to see Franklin, Cissy, Jerome, and Louise throwing him a surprise party to honor his one year of sobriety. There is a celebration going on and after the party is done, they have a sit down in the living and Cissy reminisces about Alton's past, before he was on the bottle and her her parents reacted toward him. Franklin then raises a glass of water and makes a toast to Alton for his first year sober.

He acknowledged her, and when he asked how she knew her son, she didn't go into full detail. A baby starts crying in the shelter and Alton goes to check it out with Wanda following behind and discovers John Baxter's infant daughter crying and crawling on the floor. Outside, he is asking around if anyone saw John Baxter and saw guy ran past them in a hurry. He then headed in the direction the guy was running from and Alton and Wanda found John Baxter on the side of the shelter apparently in an OD state. Alton tells Wanda to get inside and call 911. Wanda does just that and Alton discovers a crack pipe in the hands on John's dead body. At that moment he felt anguish, knowing he nearly lost everything when he was drinking himself away, now he sees a father who could not provide for his son and baby daughter taking his own life using crack.

While riding down the road with Franklin in the passenger seat, Peaches discovers that they are being followed. Peaches returns to the vehicle determined to chase down the tail and Franklin reminds Peaches that they have already missed a drop and can't afford to miss another one. Franklin then asked if the the guys following them were black and Peaches answers yes. Franklin then assumes that they have been tailing them since leaving Louise's nightclub. Leon stated he agreed to meet to make things right so they can get back to business and tells Deon to name his price. Deon scoffs at Leon, stating he has mouths to feed and has nothing to give. He then removes his jacket and asks Leon if he is feeling froggy as he stands towering over him while handing his sidearm to one of his homies. Leon then blatantly tells Deon he didn't come back to the Projects for beef, but business. Deon then clarifies that there will be no business. As Leon and Renny turn around to leave, Deon shouts at Renny to get his 'jheri curl ass' out of there as hops onto the bench press. Instead of reacting, Renny ignores him and takes off with Leon.
Franklin[]

Franklin then asked Oso if Teddy seemed a little off since he showed up to his auntie's club the other night drunk and possibly using drugs. Deon offers Einstein and his people, claiming him to be the smartest of the crew. He even asked Einstein what 123,048 x 324 was and Einstein answered correctly 39,867,552.
