Pope Anterus

Pope Anterus (November 21, 235-January 3, 236 C.E.) was the nineteenth Pope, (the official title is the Bishop of Rome) of the Catholic Church.

He served less than two months and died a natural death. He was buried in the cemetery of Callistus on the Appian Way.[1]

He is considered a Saint by the Catholic Church and his feast day is celebrated of January.[2]
