When a small town code enforcement officer stumbles upon an illegal lab run by foreign nationals the mystery begins. The FBI and CDC refuse to assist in the investigation, leaving local officials on their own to keep their community safe. When investigating, city officials discover the laboratory operation is being run by a wanted fugitive going by the name David He. More alarming are the thousands of vials and bags of dangerous biological substances found within the dilapidated and sordid facility.. many of which are unmarked or labeled with a secret code.

Will officials discover the contents of the mysterious coded and unlabeled vials? Will the CDC ever come to assist in the investigation after repeated calls? Is the public safe from a potential infectious lab leak? Will they find out what this lab was actually up to? The only thing more disturbing than this mystery is that it’s based on a true story.
