Soleil is the alias of Kym Ladell and William Hawkes. Soleil was tasked by Hermann in Episode 46, Skeptical Spies, with the goal of unmasking Lune. To do so, they must spy on their fellow colleagues in the 11th Precinct's patrol unit.

Hesitant to join in on Kym's antics, William ends up doing so anyway after an undisclosed threat from the sergeant that left him looking unsettled. Soleil began their work by visiting the Golden Clover, currently the only known public place that Lune has set foot in.^[1] They were given a list of potential suspects by Detective March to look more closely into.^[2]

Currently, Soleil's assignment has been kept a secret from the department with the exception of Captain Hermann and Detective March.^[3] However, Kieran White overheard their conversation with March and has since then alerted Lauren Sinclair about it.^[2]^[4]

Episode 46: Sergeant Ladell and Lieutenant Hawkes are tasked by Captain Hermann to search for the identities of Lune within their precinct.
Episode 53: The alias "Soleil" is coined by Kym. Together with William, they visit the Golden Clover to search for clues, speaking with Karen Smith, the owner of the establishment.
Episode 60: Soleil is given a list by Detective March of potential suspects to keep an extra eye on. Kieran White overhears their conversation.
Episode 61: Kieran reveals to Lauren Sinclair about the hunt for Lune that's being lead by her two best friends. Kym and William return from patrol and questions the two about what they're meeting up for.
Episode 62: Kym and Will listens to Lauren and Kieran's false alibis.
Episode 63: Revealed by Kym that they have officially crossed Lauren off of the list.
