Arthur has short, blonde, messy hair, and his mother's eyes. He is quite short as he is a child. He wears generally generic royal prince attire; a long coat with a ruffled collared shirt.

Arthur appears to be adventurous and polite, as a young prince. He likes to catch butterflies and play hide and seek with his crush and friend lady Neyra.
