The Flash is a game for the Game Boy, based on the 1990 television series of the same name. It was produced by THQ and released in the US in 1991.
The box art for the game features John Wesley Shipp as The Flash, a man with the ability to run "faster than a speeding bullet." In daily life, The Flash becomes is a Crime Lab technician named Barry Allen. The series was also adapted into a similar console platformer with exclusive European release in 1992 for the Sega Master System.
Story[]
The game starts with an intro dialogue between The Flash and Dr. Tina McGee , a genetic specialist who treated and tested him at Star Labs within the television series. During the directly subsequent level, the player must navigate a two-dimensional platform system while collecting Snacks and diffusing bombs.
