Nintendo gaming in Sweden[]
Founded in 1976, Bergsala has distributed Nintendo products in Sweden and nearby countries since 1981.[2] The NES was launched in Sweden on 1 September 1986.[3]
Games for Nintendo consoles were also rented out in video rental stores by Yapon Videospel.[4]
Early video game magazines with Nintendo-orientation were Nintendomagasinet (August 1990–July 1994) and Super Play, originally a Nintendo only-magazine, (March 1993–November 2009).
