Nintendomagasinet (English litteral translation: the Nintendo Magazine) was a Swedish Nintendo-focused video game magazine. It was published by Atlantic Förlag every month between August 1990 and July 1994.[1] However, the summer issues (originally June–July, from 1993 July–August) and the Christmas issue (November–December) were combined, causing the magazine to be issued 10 times every year. Reviews of games for Nintendo consoles were accompanied by comics based on Nintendo games (Captain N, Mario, Punch Out and Zelda).
Originally, each issue consisted of two comics. Beginning with the April 1992 issue, the number of comics in each issue was reduced from two to one, providing more space for direct video gaming-related content. In February 1993, comics based on Super NES games replaced comics based on NES games.
It also included the Power Player subscribers pages.[2]
