Heddwyn is a general of Daein and is the chief of the guards of Gritnea Tower, where Feral Ones are manufactured and Leanne is held prisoner. He has his mages engage the Crimean Liberation Army after the destruction of Nados Castle, but they are quickly defeated. He wanted to apply to the capital for reinforcements, but Izuka escaped before then.
Heddwyn is the boss of Chapter 28. He guards the chapter's seize point.
