Disney's Planes: Fire & Rescue is a 2014 tie-in to the animated movie of the same name, which is a sequel to the original Planes film that also has a video game released the previous year. It was released for the Wii, Wii U, Nintendo DS, and Nintendo 3DS, all the same systems that the previous game also had.

Gameplay[]

The game has various objectives including moving civilians to safety, clear debris and put out fire. The game has 12 Story Missions to play through with 20 optional Academy Missions. The player can also explore the Piston Peak Park on patrol. There are 8 different characters to choose from the movie with different controls.

The game unlocks pictures from the movie in a gallery.
