Amazon Instant Video is a show and movie streaming platform that is viewable on the Wii through the Wii Shop Channel. It was featured as well on the Wii U. It was released in January 2013 for Wii consoles and ended its support for the Wii console on January 30, 2019, and ended on September 30, 2019, for Wii U consoles. The reason for this is that Amazon Instant Video is upgrading their service and that certain consoles won't be supported anymore. ^[1]
