Agent 3 (referred to as Captain in Splatoon 3) is the role the player controlled Inkling assumes in the story mode of Splatoon. Agent 3 cames back as a character in the octo expansion DLC for Splatoon 2. The codename "Agent 3" was choosen by Cap'n Cuttlefish who act as their commander during both games. In Splatoon 3, they have since been promoted to Captain following Cuttlefish's retirement.
Appearance[]
Agent 3 can have a variety of appearances, depending on the player's choice of gender, skin color, and eye color, as well as their current ink color. They wear the Hero Suit, and can pick up Armor to wear as well. They wield the Hero Shot by default, but can use a Charger or Roller for amiibo challenges.
Trivia[]
In Splatoon, the gender and appearance of Agent 3 depend on the player's choices but in Splatoon 2, she appears as a green female Inkling wearing the Hero Suit.
