Registration
Register now to attend the convention and make hotel reservations. You can also join the MLA or renew your membership on the convention registration form. Attendees who join the MLA can save more than $100 on the cost of regular nonmember registration.
Please make sure that your email is set up to receive messages from the MLA domain (mla.org); this will allow you to receive the registration and hotel confirmation emails.

Hotel Reservations
When you register for the convention, you will receive a dedicated link for making hotel reservations.
You must be registered for the convention to make hotel reservations through the official housing service, Convention Management Resources (CMR). To reserve a hotel room, use the link provided on your registration confirmation page or in your confirmation email. Access to housing is only available through the personalized link sent to each convention registrant.
CMR is the only official housing agent for the MLA Annual Convention in New Orleans. Reservations made through any agency other than CMR cannot be guaranteed by the MLA; other agencies may impose additional fees, charge higher room rates than those the MLA offers to convention participants, or fail to reserve a hotel room. Please use the MLA hotel reservation system to avoid any confusion or additional charges.

2025 Hotel Information
MLA convention registrants have access through the MLA housing site to make hotel reservations. In-person sessions along with the MLA welcome and registration center, the Professional Development Hub, and the exhibit hall and MLA PubCentral are located in the Hilton New Orleans Riverside.
All hotels are 100% nonsmoking properties, with complimentary Internet connectivity and fitness center.
(Hotel rates for single- and double-bedded rooms range from $169 to $205 per night, depending on the hotel.)
