SOAPalsを使いたい

• An ab initio detector of alternative splicing events with RNA-Seq.

• ドキュメントに書いてある情報が足りなくて使い方が分からない
  • 「"<insert length>" is the length of the insert.」とか書いてあった．情報量全然増えてない
• 入力をいろいろ変えて試してみたけど動きそうにない．どうしよう…
