Battle at Liberty Island[]
When the Runes of Kof-Kol spell cast by Doctor Strange malfunctioned, a fissure in the Multiverse happened, bringing people aware of Spider-Man’s identity into the prime universe. As such, Green Goblin and his technology were transported over.
Later, Goblin arrived at the Statue of Liberty and used his Razor Bats to cause a distraction for Doctor Octopus, Doctor Strange, Spider-Man, Goblin's Spider-Man, and another version, allowing him to snatch the Macchina di Kadavus away from Strange.
When Osborn was cured, Strange performed another spell that sent him and his technology back to his universe.[1]

The Razor Bats are a special type of Pumpkin Bombs, because they too can explode on impact. Unlike the Pumpkin Bombs, the Bats can unfold helicopter-like blades, to help them fly. Along with helping them propel, the blades on the Bats are used to slice up Goblin's enemies.
