Afraid for Walker's safety, Jones attempted to silence her and asked Nicole to shut down her microphone but she said that she can not do it because Walker is in the middle of a broadcast. It did not stopped Jones of destroying Walker's microphone.
However, Nicole then informed Walker that some people called to Trish Talk and connected her before Jones stopped Walker. Nicole then connected Walker with the next caller. Man asked Walker about the wisdom in insulting people with mind-control powers and both of Shlottman and Jones recognized voice of Kilgrave himself.[2]

After the two conversed, Walker told Nicole that she was leaving and to replace her for the rest of the interview; Nicole frowned nervously.[4]

During Trish Walker's usual show on Trish Talk, she spoke with people via calls to talk about the New York City Earthquake from the night prior. While many speculated on the cause of the quake, one conversation with a geologist explained that the phenomenon was no ordinary earthquake, as the epicenter was too high and was not on a known fault line.
